Please find attached Application Forms for the following courses:
1.      Code of Ethics/Basic Awareness
·       September 14^th & 15^th        Places Available
·       November 16^th & 17^th        Places Available
The above Code of Ethics courses are in the South Parish Hall, off South Terrace in Cork City.  This course is limited to 16 participants
The above courses will run on a Monday and Tuesday night from 7-9pm. Club members who might be interested should complete application form and return to me along with €10 to secure your place. PLEASE NOTE All Participants should be at least 18years of age.
 
2.      Childrens Officer Course
 

• October 13^th & 20^th           Places Available

 
The above Children's Officer course are in the South Parish Hall, off South Terrace in Cork City. This course is limited to 16 participants
The above course will run over two consecutive Tuesday nights from 6.30pm to 9.30pm each night. Club members who might be interested should complete application form and return to me along with €20 to secure your place.
PLEASE NOTE All Participants should be at least 18years of age and have completed the above named Code of Ethics/Basic Awareness at lease 6 months previous.
 
PLEASE ALSO NOTE: when a course reaches its maximum attendance participants will be put onto the next available course, with their prior agreement.
